Common faults and elimination of mine cable monorail crane

1. Hydraulic pipeline leakage

Replace the O-ring seal.

2. The hydraulic cylinder does not move

(1) See whether the liquid supply pressure is sufficient. 16 to 38MPa.

(2) See whether the valve and tubing are blocked by foreign matter, if so, dredge or replace.

3. Insufficient braking force

If the preloading spring is too loose, the preloading nut can be adjusted to further tighten the spring and increase the braking force. If the brake shoe wear is serious, it needs to be replaced. Oil or water stains on the track web will also lead to insufficient braking force, which should be cleaned up.

5. The car doesn't slide easily

Check whether there is pulverized coal bonded into blocks at the rotation, and remove it if there is; If not, check whether the bearing is stuck. If the bearing is faulty, replace the bearing.

6. The cable deflection is uneven

(1) First check whether the length of each traction ring chain is similar. If it is caused by different length of ring chain, it can be ignored as long as it does not affect the use.

(2) If the previous uniform, after a period of time becomes different length, should check the cable fixed U-bolt, see whether there is slack, there is re-fastening.

7. The cable does not move

Check whether each cable, connecting trolley and brake mechanism are stuck with the track, if so, adjust the track deviation.
