Working principle of dry fog dust suppression
Dust sources mainly include industrial dust usually refers to the industrial waste gas containing dust or produced in the solid material processing process of crushing, screening, transportation, blasting and other mechanical processes, such as mineral processing, refractory materials and casting workshops in the crusher, ball mill and other dust; Incomplete combustion or explosion of substances produced in combustion, high-temperature melting and chemical reactions, such as a large amount of soot in boiler flue gas; Mixing, screening, transportation and packaging of powdered particulate materials.
Dry fog dust suppression is to use dry fog sprayer to produce fine fog particles less than 10μm (fog with diameter less than 10μm is called dry fog), so that the dust particles bond with each other, coalesce and become larger and settle under its own gravity.
Dry fog dust suppression device mainly adopts modular design technology, including water-gas connection pipeline, screw air compressor, micron level dry fog machine, power distribution system, universal joint sprayer assembly, automatic control system, control signal line and electric heat tracing system.
In this, ① screw air compressor is a capacity adjustment valve, can provide a standard gas source for micron level dry fog machine; Micron level dry fog machine includes multifunctional control system, electronic control system, flow control system and other parts;

(3) The water-gas connection pipeline is responsible for connecting compressed air storage tank, micron dry fog machine, universal joint spray assembly, water source, etc., so that the dry fog dust suppression device runs smoothly;
(4) The universal joint atomizer assembly is mainly responsible for receiving the gas and water transported by the micron level dry fog machine. Through the acoustic oscillator driven by compressed air, the water is highly atomized by high frequency acoustic waves and "explodes" into thousands of dry fog particles with a diameter of 1~10.0 micron, which are sprayed to the corresponding dust suppression point.
